Bilateral Visa Exemption (Visa-Free Access for Citizens of Both Countries)
- China: Holders of ordinary or official ordinary passports are exempt from visas for short-term entry (tourism, business, etc.), with a maximum single stay of ≤30 days and a cumulative stay of ≤90 days within 180 days.
- Singapore: Visa-free stay of ≤30 days.
- Brunei: Visa-free stay of ≤30 days.
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): Visa-free stay of ≤30 days.

Malaysia's Unilateral Visa Exemption (Visa-Free Access Only for Citizens of the Other Country)
- Japan, South Korea: Visa-free stay of ≤30 days, with the policy valid until the end of 2025.
- Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines: Visa-free stay of ≤15 days.
- 38 European countries including the United Kingdom, France, Germany: Visa-free stay of ≤30 days (for tourism, business, and other purposes).
- Australia, New Zealand: Visa-free stay of ≤30 days.
- Passport validity must be ≥6 months from the date of entry, with at least 2 blank pages.
- The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) must be filled out within 3 days before entry (including accurate accommodation address and flight information).
- Basic documents: Prepare a round-trip flight itinerary, hotel reservation, and proof of funds (approximately 1,000 US dollars in cash or equivalent payment credentials) for random inspection.
- Conference/Business-Specific Documents: If entering for conference attendance, an additional original or electronic copy of the conference invitation letter is required (must include the attendee's name, conference theme, holding time, and organizer information; the name must be exactly the same as that on the passport). For business trips, an English dispatch letter from the employer (stating the purpose of the trip and the party responsible for expenses) can also be supplemented.

Invitation Letters
- The invitation letter will be issued upon successful registration.
- Your name listed on the invitation letter must be exactly identical to the name on your passport. Any discrepancy between the name on your passport and that on the invitation letter or other documents may give rise to issues.
- Please note that, beyond providing the Notification of Invitation Letter issued by the MEDS Conference and its Organizing Committee, the MEDS Conference and its Organizing Committee are not authorized to assist with any other aspects of the visa application process
